Leadership
Most businesses have one spreadsheet that runs a whole process, and one person who knows how it works. Paralleon turns it into a simple web app your team can use. I started it in 2026, and I'm on every call myself.
Paralleon builds custom web apps that replace the spreadsheets and email threads a business runs on. Projects are built with a delivery team in Delhi NCR, India.
Questions, answered
All questionsWho builds it, and where?
Projects are built with a delivery team in Delhi NCR, India. You'll speak directly with Manan Singhal on every call. On the first call, he explains who will work on your project.
Who owns the code?
You do. We build in accounts you own from day one: your hosting, your database, your domain. Once you've paid, the work is yours, and at handover we remove our logins.
What if the build doesn't work?
Before we start, we agree on a written acceptance test. Your project agreement sets out the payment milestones and what happens if the build does not pass.
What data do you handle?
We work with whatever records your project needs, including staff, worker, customer, patient and donor details, tax IDs and bank details. Pilots use business records only. Personal and sensitive records (such as patient details, tax IDs and bank details) are handled only in later phases, after a written data agreement is signed. Before any live data is shared, we sign a written agreement that covers it. Until then, builds and tests use made-up or masked data, and live data always stays in accounts you own. Everyone on the project signs a confidentiality agreement.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Usually, if the tool lets outside apps connect. We check yours on the free review call.
