Working with us

Who builds it, when we talk, and what we need from you.

Who builds it, and where?

A small team in Delhi NCR, India, led by our founder, Manan Singhal. You'll talk to Manan on every call, and on the first one you'll hear exactly who works on your project.

How do calls work with the time difference?

Calls Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. Eastern (8–11 a.m. Central, 6–9 a.m. Pacific). Other time zones, just ask. Our team works from Delhi NCR, India. Manan Singhal is on every call. During a pilot you also get a written note every other day, so you don't have to wait for a call to know where things stand.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

Usually, if the tool lets outside apps connect. We check yours on the free review call.

What do we need to have ready for the review?

Just the thing you want gone: the spreadsheet, PDF or inbox your team works from today. Have it open so you can share your screen. It also helps to know who uses it, how often, and where it goes wrong. If it holds personal details, you can hide those columns first. The call takes 35 minutes.

What data do you need from us?

Business data only, like company names, dates, deadlines and statuses. We build and test on made-up data. A pilot never collects consumer, patient or employee personal data, tax IDs, bank details or personal financial statements.

Do you sign our NDA?

Every person who works on a project signs a confidentiality agreement. That's written into our security policy. If you want us to sign your own NDA as well, ask us on the review call.

Price, payment and ownership

How the price is set, how you pay, and what's yours.

Why a fixed price?

So you know the cost before you say yes. We scope one workflow, write down what "done" means, and price that. There is no hourly rate and no meter running. If you want more later, we quote it the same way.

What if it doesn't work?

Before we start, we agree on a written acceptance test. If the build fails the written acceptance test, you don't pay the second half, and you keep what was built.

Who owns the code?

You do. We build in accounts you own from day one: your hosting, your database, your domain. Once you've paid, the work is yours, and at handover we remove our logins.

What happens after the pilot?

Once it's paid for, the pilot is yours to keep and run. Doing more with us is up to you. If you want more, we can build your next 2–4 workflows, as a fixed project or monthly. The pilot fee is credited to the next phase if you sign within 30 days of written acceptance.

Can we cancel?

Refund and cancellation terms are set out in each written agreement. You see them before you sign anything. If you want to know them before you book, ask us on the review call.
