One pilot, three parts. Built around one job.
Pick one job your team runs on spreadsheets and email. We build it as a small web app with three parts: a form to collect the details, a tracker that flags what's due, and an export or a dashboard.
The form
The people who send you information fill in one online form, instead of emailing files back and forth. It asks only for what the job needs. It never asks for consumer, patient or employee personal data, tax IDs, bank details or personal financial statements.
The tracker and its flags
Every record sits in one list. Each one has an owner and a status: received, in progress or done. When a date is close or something is stuck, it gets a flag.
The export or dashboard
One click gives you a spreadsheet (CSV) of the list to share. Or, if it fits the job better, a simple dashboard that shows where everything stands.
Three ways to start. The working pilot is the default.
Start with the pilot if you know which spreadsheet you want gone. Pick the audit if you'd rather map one workflow first. Add one connection if the pilot needs to talk to a tool you already use.

We quote them separately, at a fixed price.Data we never collect
A pilot never asks for consumer, patient or employee personal data, tax IDs, bank details or personal financial statements.Hosting and software fees
The tool runs in accounts in your name, like hosting and a database. You pay those providers directly. The one-page outline lists them, so you see them before you sign the agreement.
How the money works. No hourly rate. No meter running.
Fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Half at signing, half on written acceptance.
Before we start
Half at signing
Half of the fixed price
You sign a short agreement based on the one-page outline: the scope, the test and the price. Then we book the kickoff call.
Days 1–10
10 business days of building
Nothing to pay yet
You see it at the day 3 and day 7 check-ins, so nothing on day 10 is a surprise.
Day 10
Written acceptance test
Nothing to pay yet
We run the test we agreed on before we started, with your team. If it meets the test, it passes.
Once it passes
Half on written acceptance
The second half
Then we hand it over: the code in your account, the admin guide, the walkthrough. We remove our logins.
If it fails the test
If the build fails the written acceptance test, you don't pay the second half, and you keep what was built.
Refund and cancellation terms are set out in each written agreement.
Who owns it
Built in accounts you own. The work is yours once paid.
After the pilot.
If the pilot works for you, the next step is your next 2–4 workflows. We scope them the same way, in plain words with a written test and one fixed price.
Next phase
The next 2–4 workflows, as a fixed project or monthly.
EnquireThe pilot fee is credited to the next phase if you sign within 30 days of written acceptance.
How a pilot runs.
Calls Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. Eastern (8–11 a.m. Central, 6–9 a.m. Pacific). Other time zones, just ask.
- Kickoff call
- Check-ins on day 3 and day 7
- A written note every other day
- Demo on day 10
Questions to ask before you book.
Why a fixed price?
So you know the cost before you say yes. We scope one workflow, write down what "done" means, and price that. There is no hourly rate and no meter running. If you want more later, we quote it the same way.
What if it doesn't work?
Before we start, we agree on a written acceptance test. If the build fails the written acceptance test, you don't pay the second half, and you keep what was built.
Who owns the code?
You do. We build in accounts you own from day one: your hosting, your database, your domain. Once you've paid, the work is yours, and at handover we remove our logins.
What data do you need from us?
Business data only, like company names, dates, deadlines and statuses. We build and test on made-up data. A pilot never collects consumer, patient or employee personal data, tax IDs, bank details or personal financial statements.
