How we work. A fixed clock you can plan around.

Every pilot follows the same five steps.

Five steps. You always know what happens next, what you get, and what it costs.

    Day 0

    Free workflow review

A 35-minute call. Show us the spreadsheet, PDF or inbox you want gone.

    • A clear read on whether a pilot fits
    • No cost and no contract
  2. 02

    Within 24 hours

    • The scope in plain words
    • The written acceptance test
    • Fixed price, agreed in writing before we start

    • The acceptance test, run in front of you
  5. 05

    After you accept

Needed from you

Your list of product lines, or we'll use the ones in your catalog.

On track for the demo on day 10.

A sample of the note you get. Made-up project, real format.

Calls on a set schedule. Other time zones, just ask.
